Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 16+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 14+ years, OR a PhD with 12+ years.

Responsibilities

Provide overall technical leadership for missile design, development, integration and test.
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary IPTs (systems, air-vehicle, mission, software, test, manufacturing, supply chain, mission assurance).
Own end-to-end system design, integration, and verification, overseeing architecture, MBSE, hardware/software development, avionics integration, and flight-test activities.
Maintain technical baseline and schedule, track KPIs and KPIs, ensure compliance with safety, airworthiness, quality, and DoD standards.
Chair and lead major technical reviews and serve as liaison with customer, subcontractors, and leadership.
