Job summary

The role requires a high level of leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with DoD standards experience and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with extensive experience.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams on missile/aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system design, integration, and verification across disciplines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary IPTs and provide technical direction and oversight.
• Maintain baseline, schedule, KPIs, and ensure safety and DoD standards.
• Chair major technical reviews and liaise with customer and suppliers.
• Drive risk mitigation, agile practices, and MBSE process adoption.
