A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney to manage Workers' Compensation cases. The Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney roles are in-house positions that handle a designated caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, appearances before the California Workers' Compensation Boards in Riverside, San Diego, Santa Ana, Pomona, and San Bernardino.
Our selected candidates will be part of a collaborative learning environment with onsite appearances in partnership with our Attorney Staff. The team is committed to personal growth and providing excellent customer service to our insureds. We also offer ongoing learning opportunities as a CLE provider throughout the year! This position is a remote work opportunity, but the selected candidate will travel 1-4 days per week within Riverside, San Diego, Santa Ana, Pomona, and San Bernardino, California, depending on court openings.
We offer flexible work arrangements and a business casual environment.
The annualized base pay range is $114,800 - $192,000, based on market analysis and can vary depending on experience and performance. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
