• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for client interaction.
• Minimum 3+ years delivering civil legal services or related advocacy.
• Strong client management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide civil legal representation for members.
• Mentor paralegals, staff attorneys, and volunteers in complex cases.
• Lead community workshops and clinics with legal teams.
• Engage in advocacy, coalition work and policy efforts.
• Prepare reports and annual work plans for program evaluation.
