Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience building web, software, or data-intensive applications.
• Architect end-to-end ecosystems for analytical and customer-centric platforms at scale.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (Java/J2EE or C#).
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI/ML capabilities in production, including multi-agent systems.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams and to communicate complex trade-offs to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, interoperable platforms integrated with Salesforce and real-time/batch data pipelines.
• Remain hands-on 40–60% across the full software lifecycle; lead architecture and strategy.
• Resolve complex cross-team technical problems spanning multiple domains.
• Define and evolve standards, reference architectures, and production guardrails for AI.
• Lead AI integrations to production with observability and impact assessment.
• Mentor Staff and senior engineers and influence across Sales, Partner, and CS Tech org.
• Stay current with AI/data landscape and evaluate emerging technologies.
