Qualifications

• 12+ years building and operating large-scale production software systems.
• Hands-on experience with production AI applications using LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong architectural judgment across enterprise software, product, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for enterprise domains from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Design, build, and operate full-stack AI systems using Python, TS, PostgreSQL, Milvus, and Kubernetes.
• Prototype new AI capabilities and translate feedback into production-ready products.
• Measure adoption, reliability, and business impact; enforce testing, observability, and security.
• Lead architectural guidance and mentoring across engineering teams.
