Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with accounting systems and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Perform detailed analysis of general ledger activity, account balances, and financial results.
• Investigate variances, discrepancies, and unusual transactions to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Evaluate accounting processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and underlying account activity.
• Support audit requests and provide detailed explanations and documentation as needed.
