Job summary

Rock Lititz is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to manage general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and tax-related accounting across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate records and collaborate with the CFO and accounting team to implement new systems as the business grows.

This full-time onsite role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and familiarity with multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets).
• NetSuite experience preferred; multi-entity accounting understood.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intercompany elimination entries and reconciliations across entities.
• Reconcile deferred revenue accounts and maintain fixed assets schedules.
• Enter depreciation and amortization, track fixed assets, and reconcile bank/credit card accounts.
• Manage loan-related reconciliations and CAM/prepaid expense schedules.
• Prepare sales tax filings and related journal entries.
• Deposit customer payments and assist with loan draws and Excel documentation.
