Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets).
• NetSuite experience preferred; other ERP platforms acceptable in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across entities.
• Reconcile deferred revenue and track fixed asset schedules.
• Enter depreciation and amortization and resolve related discrepancies.
