DeWinter Group in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant to own month-end close, GLs, reconciliations, SaaS invoicing, and audit support. The role reports to the VP of Finance and thrives in a lean finance team with high-volume workloads.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with cloud accounting systems such as Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Online.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle month-end close.
• Strong GAAP knowledge including accruals, prepaids, and allowances.
• Experience with GL accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end close and general ledger reconciliations.
• Record payroll entries and related liabilities.
• Prepare schedules for audits and tax filings.
• Own SaaS invoicing and subscription billing processes.
• Maintain prepaid schedules and fixed asset registers.
