Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Proficient in GAAP, general ledger systems, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a wide range of accounting functions ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Manage prepaid expense accounts and amortization schedules.
• Handle annual property tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
• Analyze financial data and present findings to support planning.
