Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions per U.S. GAAP.
• Balance general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing internal financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.).
• Assist with year-end review and audit schedules.
• Prepare weekly employee expenses and credit card costing.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare property tax and Census Bureau filings.
• Handle per diem load for employees and related duties.
