Symbiotic Services is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support two manufacturing facilities, ensuring GAAP compliance and robust controls. You will own complex journal entries, month-end close, and detailed reconciliations while partnering with operations and leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, especially in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare and post complex journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances.
• Develop Excel-based models and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Partner with operations to drive process improvements and controls.
