Qualifications

• Five or more years of industrial accounting experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with month-end close and GAAP compliance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, financial reporting, and management information.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems, procedures, planning processes, and internal controls.
• Support cash flow management including receivables, collections, payables, and disbursements.
• Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams while supporting audits and compliance requirements.
• Complete required administrative work and support employee performance review processes.
