Job summary

Dentive is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in Provo, Utah. This on-site role supports the controller and finance department, contributing to the financial close with accuracy and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. CPA is preferred. On-site work is required two days per week.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of accounting experience, preferably with public accounting exposure.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, sub-ledger maintenance, and GL reconciliations.
• Review and import daily billings into the accounting system.
• Assist with new systems implementations and integrations of acquisitions.
• Assist with financial statement audits.
• Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analyses as required.
• Support finance and accounting projects.
