Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multinational/large public companies preferred.
• Experience supporting SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, large data analysis).
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities with timely, accurate reporting.
• Post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Support SEC filings (10-K/10-Q) and audit requests.
• Coordinate foreign statutory audits and audit documentation.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain trends.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial operations.
• Support SOX compliance, including testing and improvements.
• Engage in special projects and process improvements.
• Utilize advanced Excel to analyze large datasets and improve reports.
