Accountants One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to drive month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred, and advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

SEC reporting experience and public-company background are a plus. You will collaborate with other departments, support audits, and contribute to process improvements and internal controls across

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public-company and/or multinational accounting experience preferred.
• SEC reporting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q schedules and footnote support.
• Support external and foreign statutory audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Perform variance and financial analysis to identify trends and explain fluctuations.
• Support SOX compliance, documentation, and internal controls.
• Partner with other departments on accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects.
• Use Excel to analyze financial data and improve reporting efficiency.
