Job summary

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, SEC filings, audits, variance analysis, reconciliations, and SOX support. Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multinational and/or large public companies preferred.
• Experience supporting SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger integrity.
• Contribute to SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and respond to audit queries.
• Coordinate and execute foreign statutory audits; prepare supporting documentation.
• Perform variance analysis to explain trends and support management decisions.
• Conduct reconciliations and balance sheet reviews; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
• Support SOX compliance efforts and process improvements.
• Engage in special projects and improve reporting efficiency using advanced Excel.
