Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.

Aufgaben

• Execute month-end close activities with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Assist with SEC filings and footnote schedules; respond to audits.
• Coordinate foreign statutory audits and provide supporting docs.
• Perform variance analysis to explain fluctuations for management.
• Conduct account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operations reporting.
• Support SOX controls and process improvements.
• Contribute to special projects and reporting efficiency.
