Job summary

BGS Consulting is seeking an experienced accountant to join our Virginia Beach team. This role involves analyzing monthly accounts, performing reconciliations, and handling journal entries. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Accounting Experience.
• Knowledge of creating pivot tables, using lookup or sumif formulas is a plus.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly account detail, research and explain significant variances.
• Perform month end revenue analysis.
• Complete routine and non-routine journal entries.
