Job summary

Be LOVE is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to drive daily accounting operations in a fast-growing omnichannel CPG environment. You will own AP/AR, month-end close, reconciliations, and support the Controller as the finance team scales.

You will leverage NetSuite and Ramp, hunt down chargebacks, and help automate tedious processes using AI tools. This role reports to the Controller and offers growth toward Accounting Manager as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in CPG/retail/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong tech aptitude with NetSuite and Ramp; eagerness to leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable & expense management, vendor payments, T&E audit.
• Process high volumes of vendor bills via Ramp with 3-way matching.
• Accounts receivable & trade spend defense; reconcile omnichannel payouts.
• Month-end close, bank reconciliations, GL entries; support manufacturing accounting.
• Post daily journal entries and assist Controller to hit 10-day close.
