Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are a small CPA firm serving clients with international tax needs—especially U.S. taxpayers with foreign income, business interests, or cross-border families and businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Tax Accountant who’s comfortable juggling responsibilities, working independently, and communicating directly with clients. This is apartner-trackposition for someone who’s ready to take on a key role in the firm and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, many with international components.
• Communicate directly with clients (many are Mandarin-speaking)
• Handle IRS/state correspondence and audits when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in tax accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax reporting and planning
• CPA or EA preferred
• Experience with tax software (, Lacerte, or similar)
• Mandarin fluency or proficiency preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or green card holder preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in firm development and long-term leadership
