Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant who wants broad exposure and the opportunity to grow alongside the business. You’ll work closely with the Controller and gain hands‑on experience across general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, month‑end close, payroll support, reporting and process improvement.

As you prove yourself, the opportunity can expand into M&A integrations, forecasting, operations, and other areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with general ledger and journal entries.
• Experience in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to support payroll and produce reporting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Handle general ledger and journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Provide payroll support and prepare management reports.
