Are you a detail-driven accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leader in business process solutions, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and driving process improvements within a fast-growing, dynamic environment.



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



Salary: $80,000 per year



What You'll Do:



  • Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple systems

  • Support external audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and enhance processes

  • Develop and maintain desk procedures and strengthen internal controls

  • Assist with multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting

  • Take on additional financial tasks to support the team's success



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

  • 5+ years of corporate general ledger accounting experience

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA preferred; familiarity with other ERP systems a plus

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled at fostering teamwork while exercising sound judgment
