• Process and manage banking transactions (domestic and international).
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
• Maintain internal controls over cash disbursements and receipts.
• Support external audits and provide required documentation.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements across the accounting function.
• Contribute to system enhancements and workflow efficiencies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in building strong, reliable financial processes. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
