Laguna Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and analytical Staff Accountant III to serve as a lead contributor within our Corporate Accounting team.

In this advanced role, you'll take charge of compiling, consolidating, and analyzing financial data to produce accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for LDC and its subsidiaries. You’ll oversee the work of staff accountants, support budget development, assist with audits, and prepare high-level management reports. This position works closely with site controllers, the Assistant Controller, and the Corporate Controller to ensure financial integrity across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills (MAS 90/200 and FRX experience a plus)
• A collaborative, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments

Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and obtain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna’s Gaming Control Board.
