EmergencyMD Stadium Club is seeking a seasoned cook for dynamic kitchen operation. The role covers multiple stations, strict sanitation, precise recipe execution, and exceptional guest-facing service in a four-diamond environment.

Responsibilities include mastery of meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, and starch preparations, plus maintaining orderly, safe, and efficient production with clear team communication and adherence to safety standards.

Formación

• High-end dining experience expectations and professional presentation.
• Must follow recipes with sanitation and quality control.
• Ability to work any kitchen station as required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and cook beef, pork, veal, lamb, poultry with proper techniques.
• Prepare seafood, crustaceans, mollusks with varied methods.
• Prepare vegetables with brunoise, paysanne, dice, julienne, etc.
• Follow proper sauces, starches, and soup preparation methods.
• Maintain cleanliness, labeling, dating of all items, and kitchen safety.
