Newsweek, a global media organization, is seeking a Supply Side Senior – SSP Partnerships, Monetization & Supply Compliance to join its Adprime programmatic team. This role focuses on managing SSP relationships, optimizing monetization, and ensuring inventory compliance across CTV, mobile, and web.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, focusing on SSP partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and sChain.
• Experience analyzing SSP performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Experience with CTV, mobile in-app, and web inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow SSP relationships with publishers, supply aggregators, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase partner spend and exchange margins.
• Review and optimize SSP endpoints across CTV, mobile in-app, and web inventory.
• Analyze performance metrics: bid requests, win rates, fill rates, CPMs, and revenue.
• Drive SPO initiatives to improve directness and revenue efficiency.
• Ensure ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and sChain compliance.
• Monitor traffic quality and coordinate remediation with verification providers when needed.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations and Engineering to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Conduct partner performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with IAB Tech Lab specs, OpenRTB, MRC guidelines, and best practices.
