Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building SSIS packages.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Proven Oracle to SQL Server migration experience.
• Schema conversion, data mapping, and validation expertise.
• Ability to design scalable ETL pipelines and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workflows.
• Analyze Oracle schemas and re-engineer in T-SQL for SQL Server.
• Develop complex T-SQL objects to support business logic.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation during migration.
• Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, and PMs to gather requirements.
• Unit test, integrate, and tune ETL pipelines and SQL scripts.
• Document migration strategies, mappings, and runbooks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance during migration.
• Provide post-migration support and performance monitoring.
