Qualifications

• 5+ years building and managing SSIS packages across control/data flow, error handling, and event handlers.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022), T-SQL optimization, indexing, and DB design.
• Solid experience with Oracle (10g/11g/12c/19c) including PL/SQL, data types, sequences, and schema management.
• Proven experience migrating Oracle to SQL Server including schema conversion, data mapping, and validation.
• Expertise in scalable ETL pipelines for large datasets with data quality and transformation logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL workloads and automated loads.
• Analyze Oracle schemas, procedures, and packages; re-engineer in T-SQL for SQL Server compatibility.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during migration.
• Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, and PMs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit/integration testing and performance tuning of ETL pipelines and SQL scripts.
• Document migration strategies, data mappings, ETL workflows, and runbooks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
