Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for enterprise ETL and data integration.

Mandatory Technical Skills

7–9 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in SSIS and SQL Server.

Strong experience in ETL development, data integration, and data migration.

Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with stored procedures, functions, views, joins, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with SSIS components:

Data Flow Tasks and Control Flow Tasks

Lookup, Merge, and Conditional Split

Derived Column and Execute SQL Task

Script Task and File System Task

Knowledge of SSIS configurations, parameters, variables, connection managers, and deployment models.

Experience implementing logging, exception handling, audit controls, and failure/restart mechanisms.

Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs and scheduling.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support experience.

Preferred Skills

SSIS integration with Oracle and heterogeneous data sources.

SFTP and automated file-based integrations.

Git, Azure DevOps, or other source-control and CI/CD tools.

Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Soft Skills
