Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is seeking a Site Safety Health Officer to manage construction safety and occupational health programs at a Florida site near Eglin AFB, reporting to the Niceville office.

The role requires 5 years of federal construction experience with NAVFAC/USACE/Coast Guard, OSHA 30, Procore and RMS proficiency, and strong safety program management skills. Ability to obtain security clearances is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of federal construction experience with NAVFAC, USACE, or Coast Guard.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction industry experience in supervising/managing safety programs or processes.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances as required by the task order.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety and occupational health programs through inspections, training, safety meetings, and enforcement of OSHA and project requirements.
• Review and implement Accident Prevention Plans (APPs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs); oversee subcontractor safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents; track corrective actions; maintain OSHA records, inspection logs, and reports in RMS and Procore.
• Maintain safety documentation on the job site, including hazardous chemical inventories and MSDS; attach logs to QC reports.
• Conduct safety meetings and site orientations; review pre-construction safety submittals.
• Maintain safety reference materials and ensure compliance with OSHA Form 300 and daily production reports.
