Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field with extensive storage architecture experience.
• 10+ years storage system architecture experience including HDD and NAND flash.
• Demonstrated architectural leadership and influence in storage/AI communities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-optimized enterprise/DC storage architectures (AI data loaders, high-burst writes).
• Translate hardware constraints into firmware architectures for SSD controllers, FTL, and NAND subsystems.
• Align with hyperscaler AI infra and cloud storage specifications (e.g., NVMe/oF, CXL).
• Collaborate across ASIC design, firmware, and validation to resolve cross-domain bottlenecks.
• Develop simulators/FPGA prototypes for next-gen storage features and AI caching strategies.
• Lead architectural IP creation and engage with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Meta teams.
