Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Proven ability to define and meet SLOs/SLAs with quant metrics.
• Experience with containers, orchestration, Linux, and AWS infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration in hybrid NYC/SF office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor core business-logic software, define SLOs/SLAs.
• Extend and monitor infrastructure stack for business-critical use.
• Maintain a model of systems to estimate risk and plan projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on site reliability.
• Work on orchestration logic to run tens of thousands of workflows.
• Improve dev experience and engineering processes.
