Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of production engineering experience.
• Experience designing shared operational capabilities (readiness, on-call, runbooks).
• Hands-on integrations across Grafana, PagerDuty, Jira, Backstage, and public cloud.
• Experience using incident data to drive improvements (post-incident reviews, metrics).
• Ability to lead cross-service work and set practical standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing and delivering shared operational capabilities (readiness checks, canaries, runbooks, reporting, alerting, automation).
• Establish service ownership standards, on-call readiness, alerts, dashboards, recovery procedures, and evidence.
