Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Site Reliability Engineering team. You will design and build SRE platforms and AI-powered tools that scale across the company, ensuring reliability and performance in production systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years architecting and engineering large-scale distributed applications.
• Track record delivering production-grade AI-powered software.
• Experience building internal platforms used by multiple teams.
• Ability to drive adoption by integration work and reducing friction.
• Proficient in OO languages (C#, C++, Go, Python).
• Strong CS fundamentals, data structures, multithreading, cloud programming.
• Familiar with microservices, HTTP/web services, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems with AI features.
• Participate in livesite monitoring rotations and drive mitigations.
• Improve availability, scalability, and performance based on learnings.
• Ensure deliverables meet reliability and quality targets.
• Onboard teams by driving integrations and removing friction.
• Ship early, iterate on feedback, and treat user input as design input.
• Drive task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
• Influence process improvements across the engineering org.
