The Consensus is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to define and codify gold standards for day 2 operations of our ML infrastructure platform based in New York. In this role, you will enhance reliability, improve systems for operational excellence, and lead incident response teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in building scalable infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in observability tooling and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of Baseten's multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Build and maintain observability infrastructure.
• Identify and automate mitigations for high-frequency failure patterns.
