Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead our SRE/DevOps function.

You will own the reliability, availability, and scalability of our AWS-hosted SaaS platform, partnering with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Security to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You will lead a blended team of onshore/offshore engineers, drive incident response, and shape the architectural direction to support growth and reliability

Qualifications

• Sr. Manager of Site Reliability Engineering with hands-on leadership and technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of Claritas Rx's AWS-hosted SaaS platform; define and maintain SLOs/SLIs and drive incident response and post‑incident reviews.
• Architect, build, and maintain AWS cloud-native infrastructure with IaC (CDK, Terraform); oversee CI/CD pipelines and manage core AWS services; ensure observability and cost governance.
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST compliance; partner with Security for vulnerability management and disaster recovery testing.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a blended team of onshore/offshore SRE/DevOps engineers; establish communication rhythms and on-call readiness.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Security to embed reliability into the SDLC and balance feature velocity with operational risk.
