Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead our SRE and DevOps function for our AWS-hosted SaaS platform.

You will ensure reliability, availability, and scalability while guiding a small team of SRE/DevOps engineers and offshore contractors. You will partner with Software Engineering, Product, and Security to meet regulatory requirements, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement in incident response and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or infrastructure engineering, with people-management experience.
• Deep AWS expertise and the ability to architect and optimize cloud-native workloads.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills and a track record of reliable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own platform reliability, availability, and scalability for the AWS-hosted SaaS platform.
• Design and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines; ensure reproducible environments.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST alignment and collaborate with Security on risk management.
• Lead and grow a blended team of FTEs and offshore contractors; foster ownership and excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering to balance speed with reliability.
