Job summary

Colorado PERA seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability across a hybrid AWS, Azure and on‑premises environment. You will lead the observability platform design, incident response, and scalable CI/CD, partnering with Infrastructure, Dev teams and IT services to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong cloud and Kubernetes experience, and expertise in automation, monitoring, and cost awareness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure or Kubernetes are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and reliability of production systems across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead design and rollout of observability, monitoring, and automation platforms.
• Drive incident management to reduce MTTR and improve SLOs.
• Build scalable CI/CD pipelines and governance for security in DevSecOps.
