Mastercard Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with deep HP NonStop experience to own reliability for real-time payment platforms. You will define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and drive platform automation across global production environments.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams, and shape resilience practices for one of Mastercard's core payment networks, ensuring high availability and PCI compliance.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) platforms.
• Deep knowledge of NonStop OS, Pathway, TMF, EMS, OSS, TACL, and diagnostic tooling.
• Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency, real-time transaction systems.
• Proven ownership of production reliability in 24x7 environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own availability, performance, latency, and resilience of payment platforms running on HP NonStop infrastructure.
• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for mission-critical payment services.
• Act as lead incident commander for high-severity production incidents and drive rapid triage and resolution.
