Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer specialized in HP NonStop platforms to ensure reliability and scalability of our real-time payment processing systems. You will own availability, incident response, automation, and resilience across globally distributed Tier-1 platforms, setting standards and mentoring teams.

You will partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure to reduce operational risk, drive improvements, and ensure PCI compliance across payments networks.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in HP NonStop (Tandem) platforms.
• Experience with real-time, high-throughput payment systems.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own availability, performance, latency, and resilience of payment platforms on HP NonStop.
• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for mission-critical services.
• Lead incident coordination and blameless post-incident reviews.
