Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/reliability engineering experience in a regulated, risk-aware environment.
• Experience with Java 17+ and modern language features.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
• Experience running high-availability production environments with SLIs/SLOs and incident command.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability outcomes and define SLOs and error budgets for critical trading services.
• Lead incident response and coordinate cross-functional responders during latency-sensitive events.
• Develop event-driven architectures and scalable data paths for high-throughput systems.
• Collaborate to modernize platforms using an AI-centric toolchain and automation.
