Job summary

MongoDB, Inc. within the InfraSec SRE team secures MongoDB Atlas across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role focuses on hardening Linux workloads and containerized infrastructure, with an emphasis on automation, CSPM, and robust identity and access controls.

You will contribute to threat modeling, architectural design, and end-to-end implementation, ensuring production reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, infrastructure engineering, or cloud security.
• Proficient coding skills in Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Harden hosts and container workloads using Linux security mechanisms and eBPF-based tooling.
• Secure containerized infrastructure across multi-cloud environments with RBAC and network policies.
• Build and manage CSPM, workload identity, vulnerability management, and access controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Write production-grade code and use Terraform to manage security controls as code.
• Develop real-time security monitoring, logging, and alerting at Atlas scale.
• Lead initiatives from threat modeling to production rollout and reliability.
