Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking an experienced InfraSec Engineer to harden hosts and container environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will implement automated guardrails, RBAC, and runtime threat detection, integrating security into platform runtimes and IaC workflows.

You will write production-grade code, manage CSPM and workload identity, and lead security initiatives across threat modeling, architecture, and production rollout to sustain Atlas-scale security postures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Security Engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automated provisioning.
• Experience owning infrastructure in Linux, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Harden hosts and containerized workloads using Linux security mechanisms and eBPF-based tooling.
• Secure containerized infrastructure across multi-cloud environments with RBAC and network policies.
• Build and manage automated CSPM, workload identity, vulnerability management, and access controls.
