Job summary

Ivanti is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud SRE team. You will deploy, secure, and operate Ivanti’s production SaaS environments across AWS and Azure while enhancing observability, release automation, and chaos engineering.

The role requires expertise in cloud platforms, scripting, and IaC, with a focus on reliability, performance, and incident response. You will work with global teams, contribute to documentation, and participate in around-the-clock on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Experience managing cloud-based SaaS applications and automation.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and script languages.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure.
• Develop observability, release automation, and chaos engineering capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 incident response and resolution.
• Automate repetitive tasks and write clear documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex systems.
