Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong cloud operations experience, Kubernetes (AKS), and advanced observability expertise with Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, and Application Insights.

Qualifications

• Senior SRE hands-on with Stage/Production deployments.
• Strong cloud ops experience for Azure-based microservices.
• Proficient in observability platforms and troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident management and customer escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stage and Production environments and deployments.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions.
• Lead incident response and conduct RCA with preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Support during major incidents.
