Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a long-term contract. The role emphasizes building reliable systems, automating operations, and leveraging AI/GenAI-enabled tooling to improve production stability.

The ideal candidate has extensive SRE experience, strong Python and scripting skills, and familiarity with modern observability stacks. Experience in retail tech environments is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of hands-on SRE engineering experience in tooling, automation, AIOps, or production reliability engineering.
• Strong programming experience with Python, APIs, scripting, and system integrations.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience building automation, internal tools, operational dashboards, runbook automation, or AI/ML/GenAI-enabled utilities.
• Retail technology experience is strongly preferred, especially in eCommerce, OMS, fulfillment, inventory, payments, store systems, or customer-facing digital platforms.
