Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer I to join the SRE team within its Technology organization in New York.

You will drive automation, observability, and operational excellence across DV's digital media measurement platforms running on GCP, AWS, and on-premises, ensuring reliability and scale. You will build integrations, implement IaC with Terraform/Helm, develop production automations, and lead on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SRE/DevOps or related roles with Linux/Unix expertise.
• Scripting/programming: Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Cloud platforms and Kubernetes experience for production systems.
• Monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Nagios.
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible, or Helm for deployment automation.
• Ability to define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs to drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliability, scalability, and performance of DV's platforms.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate automation and problem resolution.
• Create integrations and MCP servers for monitoring access and analysis.
• Implement observability with metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Maintain high-availability across GCP, AWS and on-premises.
• Lead on-call rotations and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Develop production automations and IaC for repeatable deployments.
• Document runbooks and SOPs in Confluence.
