Job summary

The role focuses on performance tuning, HA/DR planning, security, and collaboration with development, security, and operations teams to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable databases. Requires 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments in enterprise settings.
• Experience with on-premises and Azure-based database solutions.
• Experience implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Manage storage, databases, files, and infrastructure.
• Develop and administer Azure and on-prem DBMS architectures.
• Oversee migrations, upgrades, and environment integrations.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity; tune queries and indexes.
